Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born on 15 September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn McCay was born Utah's Ogden in 1915 and raised by the Mormon church's founding family. She used her creative writing talents and exceptional research skills to write the captivating, psychohistorical biography of Joseph Smith. It was published in the year 45 with the name, "No Man Knows My History". The title of this book was in response to a funeral address delivered in 1844 by Church of Latter-Day Saints founder Joseph Smith. In that sermon he stated: "You do not know what I'm about and you've not seen my soul." There is no one who has ever known about my past. Truth is, I don't know. Fawn was a 29-year-old Fawn. Since then the three authors have stood up to this challenge. Many have abused him others have praised him, some have even experimented with diagnostics. It's not the fact that these documents lack information, it is rather that they are fiercely contradictory. The process of assembling these documents, sorting through third- and first-hand sources, and integrating Mormons' narratives to non-Mormons' into an authentic time-line - is a thorny task. It's both thrilling and instructive. FawnBrodie dedicated herself to this job. The fruits of her research as well as her writing earned her world-wide fame: Thaddeus Stevens. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge Of The South Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974), and Richard Nixon.
